Last updated:   8 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. It covers this website only. It does not cover data we process in the course of delivering training services to corporate clients, which is governed by our agreements with those clients.

Who we are

Salt Learning & Development ("Salt", "we", "us") is a partnership firm based in Delhi-NCR, India, providing learning and development services. For questions about this policy or your data, or to request our registered address, contact us at contact@saltlnd.com or +91 9910632726.

What we collect, and why

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and any information you include in your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to a working relationship, to follow up about it.

Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you updates. We send these using Wix's built-in email marketing tools. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, time on site, general location, and device type. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. This data is used in aggregate to improve the site.

Cookies. This site uses cookies for basic functionality and for the analytics described above. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through our cookie banner when you first visit, and you can control cookies at any time through your browser settings.

The legal basis for processing (for visitors in the UK/EU)

Where GDPR applies, we process your data on these bases: your enquiry and newsletter data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to and communicating with you; analytics and non-essential cookie data on the basis of your consent, collected via the cookie banner.

For visitors in India

We process your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, on the basis of your consent, for the purposes stated above.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that operate this site and our communications on our behalf, namely: Wix (website hosting and email marketing) and Google (analytics). These providers process data on our instructions. Some of these providers, including Google, may process data on servers located outside India, the UK, or the EU; where this involves a cross-border transfer of data subject to GDPR, it is carried out under the safeguards those providers maintain for such transfers.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 48 months after last contact, newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and analytics data in line with Google Analytics' retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop using it, by contacting us at contact@saltlnd.com. Under GDPR you also have the right to data portability and to object to processing. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correction, and erasure of your data, and the right to grievance redressal. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Grievance Officer. For any complaint about how your personal data is handled, you can contact our Grievance Officer, Shams Khan, at contact@saltlnd.com.
