The website is intended to work with current versions of commonly used browsers and operating systems.

Accessibility may vary depending on:

  • the browser being used;

  • the operating system;

  • individual device settings;

  • assistive technology;

  • internet connection; and

  • third-party services embedded within the website.

Visitors are encouraged to use an up-to-date browser and operating system.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible.

Possible limitations may include:

  • older images that do not yet have complete alternative text;

  • third-party applications, social-media embeds or external platforms over which Salt has limited control;

  • downloadable PDF documents that may not be fully optimised for screen readers;

  • videos that may not yet include captions, transcripts or audio descriptions;

  • interactive Wix components whose accessibility depends partly on the platform;

  • archived or legacy pages created before the current accessibility review; and

  • colour, animation or keyboard-navigation issues that have not yet been identified.

We are working to identify and address relevant issues as the website is reviewed and updated.

Third-Party Content

Some website functionality may depend on third-party services, including:

  • Wix;

  • Google services;

  • LinkedIn;

  • Instagram;

  • YouTube;

  • WhatsApp; and

  • other embedded applications or external websites.

Salt does not control the accessibility of third-party platforms. Their content and functionality are governed by their respective accessibility practices and terms.

Where reasonably possible, we will try to provide an alternative way to access important information or contact us.

Downloadable Documents

Salt may occasionally provide proposals, brochures, program documents, guides or other downloadable files.

Some existing documents may not be fully accessible to users of screen readers or other assistive technologies.

Where you require a document in another reasonable format, please contact us and specify:

  • the name of the document;

  • the format you require; and

  • how you would prefer to receive it.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative.

Videos, Photographs and Visual Content

We aim to:

  • provide alternative text for meaningful photographs and graphics;

  • avoid placing essential information only inside an image;

  • add captions or transcripts to important video content where reasonably practicable; and

  • avoid unnecessary flashing, rapid movement or distracting animation.

Decorative images may intentionally have empty alternative-text fields so that screen readers can ignore them.

Forms and Enquiries

We aim to make website forms understandable and usable by:

  • clearly labelling each field;

  • identifying required information;

  • providing instructions where necessary;

  • using clear validation and error messages; and

  • allowing users to contact us through email or telephone as an alternative.
