Shams has over 14 years of work experience in various domains, ranging from Analysis and Customer Experience to Business Development and Investment Banking to Corporate Training. During his on-stage career of 6 years, he has delivered more than 1100 workshops across Singapore, Dubai, India and 7 other countries. He has a rich experience of working with 27 of the Fortune 500 companies, and top institutes in India like IITs and IIMs, He has conducted workshops of group size ranging from 3 to 770+ participants at a time. He is also a professional Table Tennis player, loves outdoors, adventure travels and runs marathons at every opportunity!

Sana believes that unless learning is taken as a lifelong experience, it is difficult to keep up with the ever-changing world. From co-founding an award-winning educational peace project, ‘Women’s Vocational Center’, in 2007, to working with Duke University in the US and then being a director to a web development firm, Sana brings a fascinating experience of adult education, technology, and business. She is a Financial Economics graduate from Methodist University, NC, USA. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Sana envisions to empower people by providing access to innovative learning. She has designed and run customized workshops that include Experiential Introduction to Computer Science, enhancing soft skills like collaboration, problem-solving and leadership skills and incubating innovative ideas and untapped talents among youth.

Karan comes with over 10 years of diverse Learning and Development experience with a wide range of audience. Till date, he has touched 60000+ lives across Asia, with an audience ranging from youth with underprivileged background to school and college students, and from corporate newbies to corporate leaders. Having a background in Hospitality Management, his expertise lies in conducting sessions on Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Creativity and Innovation, Corporate Grooming and Etiquette. Presently, he focuses on strengthening teams by delivering Experiential Outbound Team Building sessions. He makes sure that his sessions are impactful and memorable. His firm belief that 'laughter is no enemy to learning' has made him a huge success with elite corporates from all kinds of industries.
