STRUCTURED TEAM DEVELOPMENT

When the problem will not be solved by one workshop.

A 90-day engagement combining team assessment, targeted interventions, workplace application, structured follow-through and remeasurement.

Available through a limited number of founding engagements.

The problem

Some team challenges are too persistent, interconnected or business-critical for a standalone program. A workshop may create insight and commitment, but sustained application often requires leadership alignment, repeated attention and follow-through over time.

What the Sprint is

The 90-Day Team Effectiveness Sprint is a structured engagement for one intact team. It begins with assessment, translates the findings into targeted interventions and supports application through regular follow-through before remeasurement at day 90.

The 90-day journey

01      Align

Sponsor conversation, scope, intended outcome and working agreement.

02     Assess

Confidential conversations, team assessment and leadership findings readout.

03     Intervene

A relevant core program plus targeted working sessions based on what the assessment identifies.

04     Apply and remeasure

Workplace commitments, structured follow-through and a day-90 readout.

Who it is for

One intact team where an ongoing issue is affecting collaboration, ownership, leadership, execution or the ability to navigate change.

The Sprint requires an active sponsor, access to the team and willingness to work on the issue across the full 90 days.

Diagnostic relationship

The Team Effectiveness Diagnostic can be purchased independently. Where the findings show that sustained support is needed, Salt may recommend a 90-Day Team Effectiveness Sprint. If a recent Salt Diagnostic has already been completed, the relevant assessment work is credited rather than repeated.

What the readout shows

The closing readout compares the team’s baseline and day-90 responses, summarises reported workplace application and incorporates sponsor observations where appropriate. It does not guarantee improvement, establish causation or calculate financial ROI.

Is the issue important enough to work on for a quarter?

The Sprint is recommended only where the team problem, sponsor commitment and Diagnostic findings justify a longer engagement.
