The 'Tent'ative Reality Challenge

Activity Description

This challenge can become an amazing metaphor for teams to realize the impact of silo mentality. They also also understand the importance of empathy, and develop mutual respect for each other’s work. During the activity, the team is divided in 2 groups. Entire group is given a challenge to pitch a tent in a war scenario, where one group has the knowledge and the ability to communicate (aka the ‘control room’) while the other group is in the war zone where they can’t see or talk. As the activity goes on, things get more intense and challenging as we observe different behaviors of each participant while they figure out a way to pitch the tent in this near to impossible scenario.
