"The Sandcastle Challenge is one of the hottest selling beach activities. People divided into small groups are assigned the task to construct a robust castle made of sand. The challenge is to draw their company vision for next 2 years using beach equipment for a sandcastle. With sea breeze coming around and participants engrossed in collaborating, the overall activity creates a positive atmosphere for the group.
