Teams divided into smaller units are given the task to make their own pyramids. The process of transforming cardboards into pyramids is really intriguing and enjoyable. When teams are busy giving final touches to their own pyramids, then they receive their next challenge that is to put together smaller pyramids into one mega pyramid. In the end, all the creativity and brainstorming leads to an amazing giant pyramid (metaphorically representing the whole company or the function).
