The Drum Circle

Activity Description

The evergreen drum circle starts with each participants picking up the assigned drum kept next to each chair. The participants at first try their hands on the drums in freestyle. Later a trained music facilitator step by step leads them to be able to create a recognizable melody. The tempo and the energy slowly but surely pick up and as the group gets engrossed and engaged in the rhythm the facilitator keeps adding newer benchmarks and the group gets better and better. Finally, the entire group is able to create a magical melody with everyone in sync with each other completely engrossed and engaged.
